Gill is an experienced Yoga Instructor & Sound Healing Practitioner. She began her yoga journey in her childhood & has been teaching yoga for over 20 years. Gill has embraced Sound Healing as a complimentary method to affect real sustained change of mind & body health & well-being. She blends her experience of yoga practices, Tai Chi Teaching & Qigong movement, sound healing, visualisation, mindfulness & meditation into her sessions.

Group Yoga & Sound Baths
Yoga for all abilities combined with sound healing practices or deeply restorative Sound Healing Relaxations.
Yoga practices blended with sound healing creating a unique experience. Restore your balance with simple breath work & a guided visualisation creating deep relaxation with the use of calming sounds & vibrations to revive the mind, body & spirit.

Mindfulness meditations with Sound Healing
Explore mindfulness techniques occasionally combined with Sound Healing to deepen experience, Regular meditation benefits include improving brain function & immunity. It can also reduce stress, high blood pressure & inflammation. Bookings for groups or 1-2-1 sessions. Delivery can be face to face or via online platform.

One to One Sound Healing Sessions
Individual 1-2-1 sound healing treatments create a deep sense of calm, relaxation & aid the client to work with personal ailments & issues.
There is much scientific evidence to show benefits of sound healing. Gill's clients have reported reduction of symptoms for issues such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, anxiety, pain, depression & grief.
Clients can book a consultation & a set of 6 sessions.

Family Yoga
Interactive yoga sessions for families to reduce anxiety, promote positive mental health, encourage bonding to help families cope with life's natural challenges. Gills understanding of child development, attachment & her experience working with children and families helps her to create well planned and paced sessions for families to be mindful and present together.

Tai Chi & Qigong
Tai Chi & & Qigong practices to balance & gently connect with mind body and breath. Gills teaching reflects her personal practices using Tai Chi & Qigong to reduce stress, improve health, balance hormones, immunity and vitality. Delivery face to face or via online platform.

Yoga for children & young people
Interactive yoga sessions for children and young people based on group needs sharing yoga practices to reduce anxiety and promote positive physical & mental health. Available for group tasters / bookings - delivery can be face to face or via online platforms.

Gill has practised yoga for 40 years & been teaching yoga for over 20 years, she is also a certified Tai Chi Teacher. Gill has embraced Sound Healing as a complimentary method to affect real sustained change of mind & body health & well-being. She blends her experience of yoga practices, Tai Chi & Qigong movement, sound healing, visualisation, mindfulness & meditation into her sessions.
Gill has a keen interest in therapeutic art & creativity as a healing tool.
Gill's personal practices involve yoga, tai chi, qigong, meditation, mantra & therapeutic art creativity.
Gill's ethos is to only teach or share those things she practices herself providing a personal depth of understanding and guidance. Both her 1-2-1 & group sessions encourage deep self exploration & tools to encourage & develop a lasting personal practice.
Gill's 25 year professional career has involved working with children & their families in staff / management roles in Children's Services, Education & Safeguarding Children / Adult Partnerships. Gill currently works for a local authority Children's Services Department part time & works freelance part time.
During the current Covid lock-down periods Gill has been supporting Local Authority Staff with Mindfulness Meditations to help create a positive relaxation space & reduce anxiety levels. This work has attracted both regional and national interest. Read more here. Gill continues to support local authority staff with mindfulness practices and yoga sessions.
